[Bolloré Logistics] Key Account Manager

Ensure Key account satisfaction according to contractual commitment. Grow Bolloré Logistics market share and GM objectives. 

A1. Act as Bolloré Logistics main Sales entry point

A2. Secure approved/Prefered vendor status from Key account.

A3. Consolidate and update customer knowledge (decision makers, influencers, volume potential, incumbents, industry challenges/opportunities, strategic expectation) and Bolloré Logistics performances.

B1. Develop Bolloré Logistics market share and profitability through customer’s operations across the network

B2. Develop and implement the sales action plan by monitoring own actions and those of the dedicated sales team, if any.

B3. Review Bolloré Logistics performance and quality indicators which have been contracted with customer

C1. Plan and monitor growth with the dedicated network sales team aligned with customers flows. 

C2. Optimize sales awareness and development within network thru CRM

C3. Lead direct actions with identified customer’s interlocutors

C4. Define operational and pricing procedures and exercise authority over BU’s and agencies to have them applied

C5. Plan monthly meeting to pilot growth and sales activities

D1. Secure locally controlled share of business, manage local quotations and win ratio.

D2. Monitor GM monthly and achieve Locally controlled and Nominated Budget targets. 

D3. Ensure disputes / complains are settled promptly & payments are received within credit limit & period

D4. Ensure constant Value generation towards the customer’s business, through initiatives and projects

E1. Lead local tenders or local part of regional/global tenders and participate to sign-off with respective MO parties

E2. Design and present ( delete Global) tenders to customers with supporting BL functions and expertise. 

E3. Call on regional/corporate steering committee to arbitrate financial, sales or operational disputes linked to local or international contract management

At least 3-5 years experiences as Key Account Manager in import and export, freight forwarding or shipping lines

University Certificate major in Foreign Trade, Marketing or Business Administration is preferable

Strong organizational and management skills

Good in communication and negotiation

Able to work independently or in group under high pressure

Good command of written and spoken English
