– Customer service in leading and supervising customer service team in archive the customer service goal 

– Customer service in receiving & processing sale orders, follow the allocations & delivery schedule

– Customer service, as 1st point of escalation for Customer Service issues with Trade and Sales teams includes handling of sale orders, returns and operational complaints

– Responsible for Customer Relationship in providing timely responses to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints or issues

– In charge of customer services in providing daily, weekly sale update to customer team

– Coordinates with customer and transportation team on daily activities to deliver the business goals

– Implements and ensures SOPs relating to OTC, delivery and customer complaints followed and complied

– Ensure all customer complaints regarding orders, billing, shipping and products are recorded, tracked and reported properly

– Ensure compliance to all training requirements

– Coordinates with QA to ensure customers’ complaints are addressed appropriately and support where required

– Responsible for invoice printing issuance process management, including: update the invoice tracking report, filing invoice documents.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Proficient in PC applications especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint


- Sufficient Customer Service knowledge


- Sufficient Warehouse/ FMCG knowledge


- Good in written and spoken English


- Able to work under pressure


- Good interpersonal, analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills


- Immediate available is highly preferable
