I. HR job:

1. Compensation & Benifit: 

Following up daily attendance tracking + annual leave + OT + Late coming of HCM staffs.

Handle all task related to Insurance job: calculate insurance payable & union fee by

monthly and send to Accountant, updating insurance rules and share with team, making

insurance document for sickness, maternity, extending medical insurance card, making

document to close the insurance book for all members in our company.

2. Recruitment

Participate in a variety of recruitment activities so that the organization’s recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable. Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies so that potential job applicants have the information they need to apply for a vacant position. Contact candidates, arrange interview times and interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job’s pre-established selection criteria and the organization’s recruitment policies. Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the agreed job specifications. Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities. Conduct employee orientation/induction and introductory training so that new employees are quickly integrated into the organization.

3. Training 

Design, deliver and administer the organization’s training program in accordance with the organization’s training and development plan to enhance the performance of individual employees and meet the current and future human resource needs of the business. 

This level role will typically be responsible for similar activities as the experienced level and in addition may be responsible for designing, resourcing and delivering larger, more complex training program.

II. Admin Job:

1. Making and submit document to seek visa approval, making work permit, residence card

for foreigner and their family, other task belongs to foreigner.

2. Submission labor report both Vietnamese and Foreigner to government office.

3. Checking and orders office supplies as needed.

4. Payment request for office rental, house rental by quarterly and car

rental by monthly.

5. Booking air ticket, hotel room as Manager’s request.

6. Solving trouble with Sailing Tower management, car rental company, express company

and all related issues in HCM office (if any) and keep report to Leader.

7. Answers the phone calls and transfers to PIC.

8. Set our system for new comer’s ID, contact local IT to maintain for Printer and PC’ staff

once needed.

9. Other Jobs assigned by Leader

III. Accounting supporting:

1. Cash Payable if needed and input to systems.

2. Responsible for cash receipt & input cash to Bank. Input & clear AR on system.

3. Input data for all expenses and collecting original document / red invoice related to HCM

office and send to Hanoi.

4. Making Cash Report by daily & monthly in HCM office.

5. Following up and complete the posting for expense, cash balance to match closing time

by monthly.

6. Collecting buying + selling slip of Freight forwarding team and send to Hanoi office.

7. Submission Finance Report to Statistics Office, Investment & Planning office by yearly.

8. Other jobs relating tax issue, and all jobs assigned by Manager.

- Bachelor degree

- At least 2-year experience in Administration and Human Resources.

- Good command of English.

- Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.

- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
