MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Purpose of Position:
– Assist the sales process through detailed sales reports, analysis and making informed suggestions on how to improve a company’s profitability.
– Provide technical sales support, acting as a facilitator for the Sales Team.
– In charge as national super user for salesforce system including: update account developments, activities, change account owner & run reports in system.
– Support Manager on assigned activities: budgeting, sales analysis, forecasting, sales initiatives….
– Design and provide customized reports and recommendations supporting ongoing business decisions or initiatives.
– Go-to person within the Sales team for other Geodis Systems related activities (GID, Data integrity….).
– Provide training to the team for any Sales related Geodis system.
– Responsible for event / promotional planning support.
– Developing methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data.
– Timeliness and accuracy of data /report updates.
– Advise on Improvement areas to increase the Sales team performance.
– Compliance of the Sales team and Geodis Vietnam to Regional / Global KPI’s.
– Customer satisfaction survey index.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC- Graduated from Business administration / foreign trade/ economic.
- Industry experience (minimum 4 years).
- Language skills: English fluently.
- MS Office: good at Excel.
- Functional experience in air / ocean / logistics / SCM (referable).
- Understanding of the customer’s specific requirements and customers market environment.
- Demonstrated sales support capabilities.
- Basic business administration competence.
- Good communication & presentation.
- Familiar with working under pressure.
- System and computerized skills.
- Capable of providing customized reports as assigned by managements.
- Ability to gather, monitor, and analyze all types of quantitative and qualitative data into sales reports with strong problem solving skills.
